It’s written by Dr. Timothy Ball, who is the Chairman of the Natural Resources Stewardship Project, is a Victoria (Canada)-based environmental consultant and a former climatology professor at the University of Winnipeg. His creds are impressive, not that that will stop the usual suspects from attacking them.
