John Edwards to re-emphasize “Two Americas” theme
Via Mike Allen and Ben Smith at The Politico:
John Edwards “two Americas” theme takes a big hit
Here (sub. req’d) is what the slick Senator from North (or is it South?) Carolina won’t tell you on his campaign stops where he discusses ‘declining wages’ (emphasis added):
John Edwards: War on terror is a “bumper sticker” slogan (MORE: EDWARDS THEN VS. NOW)
This ought to play really well with the hardcore anti-war Dem base, which I believe is what Edwards is shooting for to try and gain more traction in the polls:
Edwards calls for “mandatory service” so it’s not just “the poor” who serve
Echoing an insulting theme expressed by Rep. Charlie Rangel and Senator John Kerry, among other reprehensible Democrats, presidential hopeful John Edwards made a call yesterday for not only protesting the war on Memorial Day, but also for a “mandatory military service” requirement to take the ‘burden’ off the poor:
John Edwards blames $400 haircuts on others
What a classy guy. Not.
