Discussion: Kennedy v. Louisiana (UPDATE: OBAMA DISAGREES WITH DECISION, UPDATE 2: JINDAL REAX)

The decision on Kennedy v. Louisiana, a case that decided whether or not child rape was punishable by death, was announced this morning.
