The blogosphere is buzzing with tonight with the belief that the admin has given up on the NSA Terrorist Surveillance Program by saying they ‘won’t reauthorize it’ and that all future requests for warrantless wiretaps will be decided on by FISA.
You gotta love the Aussies – the ones who aren’t stuck in a hippie-esque time warp, that is.
I briefly mentioned the story of Marine Cpl. Jason Dunham, who was killed in an IED explosion in Iraq back in April of 2004, in this post of misc. links a few days ago, but wanted to create a separate thread about him, considering today was the day he was posthumously presented with the Medal of Honor.
