If I had a dime for every time I’d heard about so-called “feminists” using this modern-day crap tactic against men who “vote against their interests”, I could retire. In response to the war over TX pro-life bill SB5, feminist Vivian Norris writes at the Huffington Post (bolded emphasis added by me):

You knew it *had* to happen. Two days after newly-minted “hero” – TX state Senator Wendy Davis – tried to filibuster a pro-life bill that would have made the state’s abortion clinics safer and effectively banned the vacuum suction of unborn baby parts (aka abortion) out of a woman’s body after 20 weeks, she and other perpetual “victims of the patriarchy!!!!!” are flashing the victim card over “controversial” remarks made about Davis at the National Right to Life Convention, which is being held in Dallas. As usual, the serial liars at Think Progress led the way, first with a misleading headline that leaves out context, and second – with their usual half-cocked flair. First, the headline:
You may have seen the fawning, gushing, and drooling pro-abortion types in the mainstream media were doing last night and today over Texas state Senator Wendy Davis (D) and her 13 hour filibuster of Texas’ SB5, a bill that makes abortion clinics in Texas safer and would effectively ban abortions after 20 weeks. But if you listen to hyperventilating “feminists” who lied through their teeth about how the bill would “ban” clinics across Texas, you would have never known that. Anyway, the deal is that yesterday was the last day of the special legislative session called for by Gov. Perry and Davis and her cohorts knew that if she could filibuster the bill until midnight, it would kill the bill for this session. Davis was a perfect icon for the “feminist” left because she had an baby as a teenager and managed to pull herself up from a trailer park to Harvard and has had a successful career ever since. Also, she is known for her showy filibusters in Texas, a state which is now currently under GOP control, and where Democrats stay frustrated.
Just when you thought militant pro-choice liberals couldn’t be any more reprehensible comes a story today on how Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX), a pro-life Republican, described the humanity of an unborn boy in the most delicate way possible, and how childish left wing abortion advocates turned it into something dirty and, quite frankly, beneath the bounds of dignified discussion.
