Panthers at the Patriots (UPDATE: PANTHERS LOSE 20-10)

With last week’s impressive 16-6 win over the Bucs, the 5-7 Panthers hope to score an upset over Tom Brady and the 7-5 Patriots, who almost never lose at home. Matt Moore will once again be the starting QB for the Panthers as Jake Delhomme is still nursing a “broken finger.” I have that in quotes because rumor has it that Delhomme’s finger really isn’t broken, and I’ve heard that at least one local news outlet did an “investigative report” of sorts where they filmed Jake Delhomme throwing the ball and doing various other things with the broken finger hand where it didn’t look like it was broken......   [Read More]

Dolphins at the Panthers (UPDATE: PANTHERS LOSE 24-17)

Yahoo! A Thursday night, primetime game for the Cats here at home in lovely, slightly chilly Charlotte. Falcons at the Panthers (UPDATE: PANTHERS WIN 28-19)

It’s a beautiful day for football here in Charlotte – a perfect day, in fact, for a miraculous win by the 3-5 Panthers over the visiting division rivals the 5-3 Falcons. Do they have what it takes to go the distance? The season so far for the Cats has been decidedly mixed on that front. All I can do is hope that they win.
