Gagworthy moment of the week: WaPo piece on “rock star” Al Gore (UPDATE: GORE & Co. WIN – VIDEO ADDED)

Double standards in Duke rape cases

Back on the 12th, I blogged about a rape that allegedly happened to a Duke student at an off campus frat party, and noted an obvious double standard the media was employing, namely that they weren’t so quick to release the race of the accused unlike they were in the Duke lacrosse rape case drama, where they mentioned the race and ‘privileged backgrounds’ of the three accused lacrosse players as often as they possibly could.
